Chairperson and committee are responsible for all kitchen equipment training and upkeep as well as maintaining general supplies in both the Xavier Center and Parish Hall kitchens. It is suggested to have an annual meeting with all ministries’ leaders who use either kitchen to: 1) discuss any suggestions or issues in order to maintain the running and upkeep of equipment, etc…; 2) provide supplemental training on new or modified equipment; and 3) deep clean both facilities.
